Discontinued? What is dev branch? #926

Default branch for https://github.com/danfickle/openhtmltopdf has no commits since 2022-04-01

pdfbox_3 https://github.com/danfickle/openhtmltopdf/tree/pdfbox_3 is even worse

Is this Discontinued?

I believe that development branch should be default or clearly noted in README
