I'm running a distro that is neither RedHat based or Debian based, so I can't make a package for it myself according to the instructions, there is also no package available for my distro. So it looks like I will need to install this plugin manually and I can't find any documentation to do that from NetworkManager so I assume it's different on a per plugin basis. So how would I install this plugin manually?
