I will be changing the layout a bit, but I wanted to get this merged quickly because this branch also integrates bootstrap functionality. That way everyone else can use it after this branch is merged. Please review: @sl7v3 @jwiebe17

Verified bootstrap syntax in new.html.erb and saw the effect in the root page. Will wait for it to be merged so I can use the bootstrap integrated in it. Good stuff.
