Show some runtime environment identification in the bot-test channel on reboot. This will enable mods to tell if someone is running Andrew locally without debug mode.

Would also be nice to have a command e.g: !showinstace that only mods can run. Any active instance of the bot will respond with their environment ID/info/whoami
