open encrypted pdf (and inner attachments)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. encrypt pdf with a password
2. try to open it

What is the expected output? 
> pdf opens and lets me access inner attachments

What do you see instead?
> just the folder list again

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the august 15 2011 version I can download from the market right now

I have removed the crash problem with encrypted pdfs and exposed the password 
in the library to the java code.  I also filed a notification with the relevant 
US government agencies about export of open source crypt code.  All that 
remains is to write the password input UI.
