Issue with internal vs external flash #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on phone
2. use sparserss
3. Attach phone to computer
4. use sparserss, will be blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It always stores it's database on the external sd card. When phone is plugged 
into computer, or memory card removed, it switchs to internal phone memory, and 
creates a new database. When sd card is put back it, it doesn't switch back, 
creating two seperate lists of rss feeds and articles.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2
OS 2.2.19

The program listens to a remount of the sd card and this works for me (phone 
and emulator).

But apparently it does not work in general so I will try to work around this.

Revision 33 could be a fix for this, please give me feedback after you 
installed version 0.4.0 (will be published during the next 5 days).

Ok, notice it just came out today.
It's better, but not fully working.

When it's plugged into the computer, I get an, No SD present, click here to 
restart manually.

When I unplug the usb cable, and the sd is remounted on the phone, the same 
thing happens.

Clicking here to restart, doesn't do anything, it seems to just hang sparserss. 
I used a went in and manually killed sparserss and all works again like it 
should.

Can you try the new version 0.4.1? The procedure for the user is the same, but 
the method, that restarts the program is new.
