22.03.0-rc3 no longer available upstream #115

Quick note that 22.03.0-rc3 is no longer available on the downloads.openwrt.org website, causing the build_installer.sh script to fail. I was able to follow the same process using 22.03.0-rc6 (latest at time of writing) just fine though!
