Stuttering FMVs #248

Several games have heavily stuttering FMVs, seemingly only since the 
imagereader rewrite.

Games I've noticed have this problem (but probably many more):
Spawn (PAL GDI)
Star Wars Jedi Power Battles (NTSC GDI)
TNN Motorsports Hardcore Heat (NTSC GDI)

Tested on r78.

This seems weird, the imgreader rewrite didn't really change much ....
