Xtreme Sports graphical issues #254

A couple of effects are wrong in Xtreme Sports:

1. This game has a lovely sun glow effect, unfortunately in nullDC it's 
replaced by a multi-coloured checkboard square :(
2. The snow trails should not be highlighted bright white, as they are in 
nullDC.

See attached pic. Tested in r78.
