Pink exclamation mark appears in upper-left, usually during FMVs #259

Lots of games show a pink exclamation mark in the top-left corner, usually 
during FMVs, even though the game seems to run normally.

What does this indicate, and can it be removed? It's quite obtrusive, maybe a 
console log message would be more appropriate.

Tested in version r78.

Here's a shot of Quake 3's opening FMV. The exclamation mark is usually only 
seen in FMVs (happens in lots of games - 4 Wheel Thunder, Demolition Racer and 
loads more).

The second screenshot is one of Vanishing Point's loading screens, which is 
just a still and not FMV.

You mean you didn't deliberately code a shocking pink exclamation mark?! :)

Also happens in interpreter ? Seems like some mpeg/jpeg/whatever decoding issue 
on the sh4 side.

Wow! I have the same r78 emulator, but i don't have this trouble neither 
enabled dynarec, nor disabled. Test it with other games.

It's not with every game, Spawn isn't one of those affected. Try one of those I 
mentioned.
