PuruPuru plugin causes errors/unresponsive controls in certain games. #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I use a *Edit This*Release*Debug*-NoTrace*Edit This* build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: *Edit me*
GDRom Plugin: *Edit me*
AICA Plugin: *Edit me*
ARM7 Plugin: *Edit me*
Maple Plugin(s): *Edit me*
Ext.Device Plugin: *Edit me*

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

Meh, where's the edit function when you need it?

Anyway, the PuruPuru (Falcon4Ever) plugin has strange behaviour in some games:

Conflict Zone: message saying 'unsupported device in port D' appears, controls 
do not respond (see pic).
Disney's Dinosaur: Controls don't work on title screen, game can't be started.
Jeremy McGrath Supercross: As with Dinosaur, controls on title screen don't 
work.
Toy Racer: Controls don't work on initial 50/60hz selection screen, game can't 
be started.

In each case the problem isn't present when using one of the WinHook input 
plugins.

Tested on r78.

Guess falcy is to blame on this? Anyway, will get fixed for sure with the new 
maple code, whenever that happens ...
