Internal display black #3

I am not sure if the internal display should be active. On my machine the internal display is black, when connected to the eGPU. But I can see the mouse coursor. Is there something I can do to use the internal display aswell?

I think this is more of a Mutter problem than a problem of the script. Maybe we need to open a issue on the gnome gitlab there
