Excpetion on stream_publish method #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
  Just call stream_publish().

Although steam API methods are implemented changes in schema file are not 
made. This file prevents the exception in this method calling by defining the 
element stream_publish_response and type post_id.

See issue 208... I had the same problem.  No valid responses in the schema.
