cannot upload photos picasa #487

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sudo apt-get -f install python-gdata
2. downloading googlecl_0.9.13-1_all.deb and sudo apt-get install 
googlecl_0.9.13-1_all.deb
3. google picasa create "test" test.jpg

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Failed to upload test.jpg. (403: Forbidden)
1 photos failed to upload

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?

I am using lubuntu 11.10 and previous version are described above

I figured what was the problem:
I was rejected because I had the full storage. However I should have been able 
to store new images under 2048x2048 it did not worked.
It to make some space, but I am not sure if they count to the quota or not
