--fields all #491

As per using `--fields ` option for contacts/calendar, it:

1. defaults to a really short set of fields
2. has unknown list of options (i.e. a user really has no way to find out 
possible values to `--fields` option)

Is it possible to get *all* the fields e.g. with `--fields all` ?
