--access=unlisted fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. youtube post videoPath -- category catId --user=userId --access=unlisted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Uploaded video should be unlisted, instead it is private

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?
macosx 10.9.2
python 2.7
googlecl 0.9.14

I get the same thing on windows; videos uploaded as private using "--access 
unlisted" or "--access private". No --access modifier results in a public video.

Windows 8.1
Googlecl 0.9.14
Python 2.7.6

Same issue here on Linux using googlecl 0.9.13

Videoes become private, not unlisted when I use --access=unlisted
