Migrate deprecated functions that have been moved to KX11Extras since KDE 5.101

Thanks a lot for your suggestions.

I'll need to think about the implications of KWindowSystem changes. I'd hoped that it would support Wayland as well but if this is gonna be X11 only then I'll need to at least create a bridge class and not call X11 directly.

Thus I won't merge the changes but I'll read through all your code to learn from them. Thanks again for your help. Viet
