patch for parse_csv, not parsing clients

Using 
wifite.py from github, Rev 86
aircrack-ng 1.2 beta3
kubuntu 14.04

wifite never reported clients; looking at the parse_csv and the actual csv in 
/tmp, it seems hit_clients is never set, because the clients section in the csv 
has less than 14 columns.
