Steps to reproduce

Use web vault or firefox extension. I did not try other clients.

1. Create new folder.
2. Import Firefox CSV data from csv file to the created in step 1 folder.
3. Vaultwarden doubles the folder and imports the data there.

   Expected behaviour

   Vaultwarden should import a data without creating(doubling) a folder.

   Actual behaviour

   Vaultwarden doubles the folder and imports the data there.
