Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install Opera
  2. Install extension
  3. login
  4. try to access using DUO

Expected Result

After receive and approve the DUO push, login in the vault

Actual Result

you are redirected to http://localhost/duo-redirect-connector.html?blablablah... and the browser says that you cannot reach the address

If you change localhost with your instance address like http://myserver.duckdns.org/duo-redirect-connector.html?blahblahblah.... then it logins successfully and works as expected

Your domain config is incorrect as was shown on the Diagnostics page.

Domain Configuration Check: false

Fix the DOMAIN config and it will be working.
