RepG 0037 Mac missing all existing GCode slicing profiles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download and run RepG 0037 Mac installer
2. load part and click Generate GCode
3. drop down box containing slicing profiles ONLY contains one profile for 
'Replicator slicing defaults'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see existing/legacy slicing profiles PLUS the new accelerated 
profiles if they were new or separate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RepG 0037 on Mac OSX 10.5.8

Running on a Thing-O-Matic MK6 so cannot use this default slicing profile

Did some deeper investigating and noticed the issue is with the version of 
Skeinforge selected. Legacy SF35 settings are still there, but if you select 
any other GCode engine (SF 47, SF 50, Miracle-Grue) there are no default 
profiles for any machines or extruders besides 'Replicator slicing defaults'. 
Either we need default profiles created and included for other 
machines/extruders or are these GCode engines not supported by default on any 
machine besides the Replicator?

Side note - Also noticed that the newly added engine "Slic3r" is not included 
in the GCode list as an option
