a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded #1952

Hi there guys, this is our issue on iphone/safari whenever a user uploads/choose a photo this error appears: "a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded" and totally reloads the page on their safari. I dont really know if you have encountered and solved this one yet because i get no search results when i search the issues tab.
