To update changes with regards to moving host from RP4 (running BalenaOS) to Google Cloud.

To update changes as M5StickC has a built-in ADC (G36) and thus, an external M5 ADC Unit is likely to be unnecessary.

Apologies, most the sensors communicate with M5Stack using I2C instead of GPIO; forgot to update before commenting under this issue during Sprint 2.

Architecture will be further reviewed and updated in #35.
