To create some form of notification system when disk space is > 85%. Currently all our files, configs, backups, volumes, git repo takes up 58% of cloud machine space. If space is being utilized too quickly may need to reconsider retention policy of influxdb buckets.

Created SystemMonitoringAgent.py. Monitors cpu load, memory (ram) usage, network traffic send / receive and more importantly disk space utilization.

Verified that system health checks scheduled and executed at 2359 daily.
