OK guys I'm making a list of how I think we should work on this based on what 
we're all good at:

Mike Z: Code optimization
Joe/Dan: Overall design
Jenny/Mike W/Mike D: Algorithms
Cameron: N/A

sometimes I might want to just make the code more readable or maintainable 
instead of actually optimizing it. my phrasing covers that.
