why did you re-upload the eclipse and netbeans formatters?

the netbeans config set indent size to 4, but left tab size at 8. I changed 
that to 4, too.

you didn't put an extension on the eclipse one. that was all I did with that 
one.

(yes, I really am that picky about options. you /should/ be picky about 
your options, because options are global, even if you don't expect them 
to come up much.)
