Add Auto Installer #8

Includes a version check added to the admin page registration section so it won't error out for Zen Cart v1.3.9 users..

Hey Daniel... Now sure if you saw this pull request or not.. but it was my changes to add an auto installer to Colorbox.. Gonna merge my changes, plus yours and make some v1.5.3 compatibility modifications as needed and submit to the Zen Cart downloads within the next week..
