GPU not working #130

I am currently trying to use the Reddit comment data set to train the chatbot. But when I run train.py it doesn't use my GPU past 30% and it maxes my CPU out at 100% on all 6 cores.

I have followed the steps to install tensorflow-gpu - but I have no idea why the GPU doesn't work.

I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 with Max-Q design in my laptop I am trying to train on.

Actually Gaming Cards are not that optimized to work with Cudnn, Use T4, K80, or V100 on Cloud.
