CalDAV #8

I see that CalDav is disabled. I would like to manage appointments with Outlook or Thunderbird. Are you planning to activate the CalDAV system? Or would you recommend using an external calendar, such as in owncloud?

I have currently no plans for a full CalDAV access because I think it's going to be difficult to handle room reservations in third party tools like Outlook or Thunderbird. A readonly access for website plugins is planned, but currently has a low priority for me.

If you have the sufficient knowledge and time, feel free to implement a CalDAV interface and open a pull request. Otherwise, if you want an immediate solution, you have to use an external calendar server.
