Upgrade Batch Luancher Plugin #1

Hi Daniel We have been using your plugin for a while and if you remember we spoke (email) a while ago in another issue about your plugin. Its a very helpful plugin for us and than you for making it. I know last time we spoke you mentioned you have changed your role. I made some changes to the code to work with Grails 2. If you can verify the changes, we can update the plugin to work with Grails 2 in the grails repo. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Yes, I am no longer programming.

In regard to your commit: how about backward compatibility? I think you need to change the version number of the plugin and the required Grails version also.
