It deseappear when ised with uib-tabset #32

Hello,

Thank you for this fantastic fixed header. I've discovered a problem 👍 The header deseappear if the table is contained inside a tab . The tabs are from angular-ui (, etc ...)

Maybe somebody has a workaround ? Thank you a lot
