Single row selection with multiple selection on checkboxes clicking. #223

Sadly there is no single row selection option yet. But if it is to be implemented I suggest to use this logic. In case of single row selection with 'md-autoselect' option multiple row selection still can be done by clicking on checkboxes icons. Saw similar in amazon aws instance management web interface.

Single select is now the default in v0.10.0
