Template not found #390

Seems that still the templates are not loaded? I have been unable to identify the problem, but to me it seems to be that the template url has been hardcoded?

i'm using angular 1.5.0, and angular material data table version 0.10.9

Having the same issue, both with promise and pagination-templates.
