Once we know the data we are working with, need to make graph/chart templates

The office is asking me to create a dashboard for kilowatt crackdown. Since I'll be building a dashboard for data visualization anyways, I might as well get acquainted with D3 and Angular now.

This issue is being worked on this week.

Highly recommend looking into "C3" as library built off D3 for charting

more user-friendly.
