Hi,

I've added additional regions as I needed one of the EU regions.

Have 'deprecated' AWS_EU_WEST1 for AWS_EU_WEST_1 as the latter is consistent with the other naming. This would take care of #57.

Updated to URL to reflect where the SES Region support is at the moment.
