PROBLEM:

I have encountered ePubs in the wild which claim to have been checked by 
epubcheck version 1.0.5 but which contain references to files included within 
the container but not listed in the manifest, in contravention of Open 
Packaging Format (OPF) 2.0.1 v1.0v1.0.1 sec. 2.6.

I could not repeat this. Please provide a sample that exhibits the symptoms.
