Story Description

What are we trying to accomplish in plain english?

We need to make the member controls functional after a journal has been created so that Journal editors can modify their teams.

Acceptance Criteria

At what point is this story considered "done"?

Managing editors can invite users to the journal.
Managing editors can change member roles.
Managing editors can remove members from the journal.
All users can filter the list of members.
