Add logo to site

logo should be SVG - if designer is doing this, use Sketch or Illustrator, something that outputs SVG
add to home screen tags/icons for all the devices

Just found this for logo creation (if not designer), but don't know how quality this is: https://smallbiztrends.com/2011/03/33-logo-design-services-use-today.html
