Repurpose Map tab as Interaction-References-Map #25

Using 3/6/3 column layout, the Map tab should show:

Interaction type, for example "Eats network of the Tuna.."
Interaction cards
List of studies with links to the study urls
Map with lat/lng markers if available

Also rename the tab to Interaction

Given the feedback from Sean #27 , we won't have a separate Map tab, the Map will end up going in the same page as the Network graph view, probably just below the graph.
