 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.99.3 (hg)
 - Plugins used: OpenGL Video Plugin by Rice v1.99.3

For visual artifacts, give:
Core: Name: VIGILANTE 8
Core: MD5: D616ADF6441ACBBD0E6BEF023A8F6031
and
Core: Name: V8: SECOND OFFENSE
Core: MD5: 60CDF7445FAD2ABA05C958F46691501B
share the same issues

Describe the problem:
Text in the menus is scrambled, so are previews for tracks and vehicles.
Alpha textures (e.g. explosions) are not rendered properly
The HUD is not displayed/flickers up every few frames
There seems to be an issue with the skymap, too

Please provide any additional information below.
