Show the examples tab and highlight the shared example
Respect the #examples hash and activate that tab
Remove a bunch of unused code from the nbgrader port

Fixes #14 and #18

I have another branch with a fix for #14 and a third one showing additional metadata in the UI. I'll hold off on submitting those PRs until this one is reviewed and goes in to avoid making one mega PR.
