Add French translation #223

Hi, I have translated the latest version of hortusfox-web in French.

I tried to translate literally but I replaced the word "Upload" for the button to add new photos by "Ajouter", which means "Add". Download and upload are translated by the same French word "télécharger", but it almost always means download.

I also translated the confirmation dialogs by something along the lines of "Do you confirm the deletion of ...?" to keep it gender-neutral in French.

I noticed while translating that the key last_authored_plants appears twice in the array of the app.php file.
