Updated some things that might be interesting

• Updated maven.yml to get the right errors with jdk 17
• Tryed to add a code-changer to push a release faster (in-development // Idea )
• Added an output.log.txt with the build informations from my build server (debian 10; maven v3.8.6)
• Removed some useless workflows gradle.yml
• Updated codeql and moved it to development cause maven.yml do that job alralready

Some other Changes:

• Added a bage for the latest version download count
