[Request] Add Support for Skyblock Mode #50

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add the possibility to hook into different skyblock plugins like aSkyblock, uSkyBlock, Iridium Skyblock to create per player worlds where they have his islands.

Why should we? There are enouth plugins that are doing this job.
