Navigation doesn't scroll page for fragments #92

  1. Go to https://blog-template-gray.vercel.app/post/astro-copy-4/
  2. Click "Variables" in the left nav
  3. Click "Attributes"
  4. Click "Comments"
  5. Click the browser's Back button.

Notice how the page doesn't scroll to the HTML anchor in the URL fragment. Same problem with forward navigation among fragments.
