Request: Time zone description addition #62

Can we please have the UTC offset as part of the time zone description. For example: "UTC+12 New Zealand Standard Time"

Also, can we have the option to sort by Offset or by Name?

Might help the developers, for reference. Library for anyone. gavin1970/TruTimeZones: netstandard2.0/2.1, net6, net7, net47, net48 capable timezone library.
