We'll use 2.1.0 instead of 2.0.8, hence moving the issues.

Moving to 2.1.2 - 2.1.1 should be a more compact release.

There won't be a 2.1.3.

Robert has put together some code but it will be discarded, as the approach was
to try to cover the whole data model, which is just too ambitious to be
feasible.

We really need a refit of the replicator log classes to make filters easier to
write and understand. We might do helper classes, which seems like the best
approach overall.
