24/7 Chat Team #4

Do we need a 24/7 chat team due to the amount of site traffic and turnover we currently receive from other countries.

An investigation is needed in this.

Girls do not feel that the having a 24/7 presence is required at this time, weekends are very quiet.

Most chats are not very long at weekends and in the evenings.

Average would be around 400 words.

Lack of management, John seemed to disappear at times through the night as no manager.
