Auto-update start hour after loading flights in the background #25

If the user clicks the register flight button too soon, the flight log couldn't have been loaded yet. The start hour will not be filled in. Either request the value to the server (again) or get it from the underlying flight log page after it has been loaded (loading could be stopped when losing focus, we need to test it thoroughly).
