This PR reviews the performance tips documentation:

updates the FFMA documentation, it's now always enabled by default and doesn't depend on hugepages anymore
the PR to run the code from the hugepages wasn't merged so the section is removed
improve the section about the kernel & nic offloading mentioning both the segmentation and reiceve offloading
add a section about the nic ring size
